Start with a clip you already have on your phone

No gym booking, no commitment. Send me footage of a problem you're stuck on and I'll send back a personal breakdown of your movement, your beta, and exactly what to work on next.

  1. 01

    Film it

Any angle, filmed on your phone. Even an old attempt works.

  2. 02

    Send it over

Drop the clip through the form. Tell me what you're stuck on.

  3. 03

    Get your breakdown

A personal video reply with beta and drills, within a few days.

A clip is all it takes

How it works

Your first session, start to finish

No test to pass and nothing to prove. Here's exactly what to expect.

  1. 01

Book in & tell me your goal

Grab a time that suits you and tell me what you're chasing: a grade, a project, or just moving with less flailing. No experience level required.

  2. 02

    We climb together

We warm up, then work real problems on the wall. I watch how you move, feed you beta, and we fix the thing that's actually holding you back.

  3. 03

    You leave with a plan

You walk out with a few specific drills and projects to keep working, so the progress carries on long after the session ends.

In their words

What climbers say

Real quotes from real sessions go here.

  • Placeholder
Replace this with a real client quote. Two sentences is plenty. Say what changed and how it felt. Specifics about a grade or a project land best.

    Client name

What they climb, how long coached

  • Placeholder
A second placeholder. Aim for a different angle than the first. Maybe a nervous beginner who stuck with it, or someone who broke through a long plateau.

  • Placeholder
A third, optional. Short and human beats long and polished. You can delete this one if you only have two.

Good questions

Before you book

The things people usually want to know. Still unsure? Just email me.

I'm a beginner. Is this actually for me?
Completely. A lot of the climbers I coach are in their first year. Good movement habits are far easier to build early than to unlearn later, so this is one of the best times to get a coach.
How much does it cost?
In-person sessions are $70 for 90 minutes. Your first remote video review is free, then they're $25 each. No packages to commit to up front. Book one and see how you find it. (TODO: confirm pricing.)
What actually happens in a session?
We warm up, then I watch you climb and we work real problems together: movement, beta-reading and the mental side. You leave with a couple of specific things to practice. Just bring shoes, chalk and water.
Where do you coach?
Around Nashville, mostly out of Climb Nashville East in East Nashville, plus Climb Nashville West and Climb Kraft. If you're not local, the remote video review works anywhere.
Can you coach me if I'm not in Nashville?
Yes. That's exactly what the video review is for. Film a problem on your phone and I'll break down your movement and beta wherever you are.

Your first one's on me

Your first video review is free, and if your first in-person session isn't useful, you don't pay for it. The risk is mine. Your only job is to show up and climb.
