Placeholder terms for a launch shell. TODO: set your real booking, payment, cancellation and refund terms, and make sure they match what your booking tool (Cal.com / Calendly) enforces.

Booking & payment

Sessions are booked and (optionally) paid for through a hosted scheduling tool. The price shown at the time of booking applies. TODO: confirm pricing and what's included.

Cancellations

TODO: state your notice period for rescheduling or cancelling (e.g. 24 hours) and whether a missed session is refundable.

The promise

Your first video review is free, and if your first in-person session isn't useful, you don't pay for it. The risk is mine. Your only job is to show up and climb.

Safety

Climbing carries inherent risk. Coaching is guidance, not a guarantee. You're responsible for climbing within your limits and following your gym's rules. TODO: review wording with the gym / your insurer.
